CONTRACT COURTS

TERMS:  The deposit amount to hold your time is $400 per court hour and is due when making your reservation. We ask that all deposits be given as a single payment if possible. At the time you give your deposit, we must have the following information: captain(s) contact info, and one additional contact (email, phone, and mailing address).  We will need a complete list of all players to ensure that everyone on your court has signed our liability waiver. We will do our best to honor requests for a specific court. While not likely, we do reserve the right to change a court assignment due to unforeseen circumstances and would notify the captain in this situation.

PAYMENT POLICY: Individual payments can only be accepted after the captain has provided a list of players with the total amount due by each player. All individual payments MUST be made by the first date of play, even if the player is not scheduled. Please notify all players of this policy so they can plan accordingly. A single payment from the captain will be required if all individual payments are not paid on time. This policy will be enforced.

**ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL BY YOUR FIRST DATE OF PLAY. CAPTAIN WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ANY BALANCES REMAINING AFTER THIS DEADLINE AND COLLECT FROM PLAYERS DIRECTLY. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED. **
